•	Align and manage the communication and approval process between the schedule and operational departments
•	Coordinate data analysis with revenue management to improve revenue generation of different schedule scenarios
•	Monitor competitor airlines, in terms of schedules, product, fleet mix etc. and report to Senior Management
•	Conduct aircraft assessment and evaluations of potential changes to the fleet mix and aircraft configuration.
•	Analyze operational performance and capabilities of various fleet types
•	Develop optimal fleet assignments
•	Monitor and improve aircraft utilization
•	Arrange airplane schedules in order to provide the best of utilization
•	Manage trip changes and/or cancellations and coordinate with Callcenter and other departments.
•	Coordinate trip recovery solutions with OMC, GO, CC  during a schedule disruption and adverse weather conditions.
•	Coordinate aircraft maintenance with the maintenance control team.
•	Schedule all aircraft showings, marketing flights and demonstrations.
•	Design new or modify existing schedules using computer software or other methods.
•	Coordinate with slot co-coordinators 
•	Complete daily emails to communicate schedule changes, schedule efficiency and shift change over details.

Qualifications:
•	University Degree (Bachelor) in relevant field and Master Degree in a related field shall be an  advantage
Minimum of 3 years work experience in relevant field
•	Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken & written)
