  1. FLEET MANAGEMENT OFFICER Responsibilities: • As guided by HOF and BOM, develop and update fleet plan, acquisition plan and phase-out plan, for the next 5 years • Manage aircraft lease agreements by coordinating with related departments to implement required actions as per agreement, follow up any changes and updates, summarize and provide recommendations to HOF and BOM • Coordinate with VZ Finance and VZ Engineering to verify rent and MR of each aircraft • Coordinate with VJ Finance and main-lessor/sub-lessor for the payment of rent and MR according to aircraft lease agreement • Coordinate with VZ Finance, VZ Engineering, VZ Legal, to review, edit, provide comments to HOF and BOM on lease agreement and related documents for new aircraft • Prepare checklist for the acquisition of new a/c, coordinate with related departments including VZ legal, VJ legal and fleet team, Legal advisor, and other unit to prepare document for the leasing and implement required action for the acquisition of new aircraft • Support HOF and BOM to prepare required information about fleet plan and lease agreement for the meeting and negotiating with main-lessor/sub-lessor Qualifications: • Male or female, age > 22 • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics or related fields. • Average GPA > 3.0 • Fluent skills in English
