1. Responsibilities; • Responsible to deliver sale weekly performance with sales activity including with inter PSA and OTA performance. • Monitor top up, follow up and coordinate between Inter PSA&OTA agent and FIN team. • Collecting competition by gathering current market demand information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. • Solving customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to HOD. • Responsible to deliver Monthly, Quarterly, Annual report to HOD. • Summary sale action plan in 2 weeks with inter sale key activities by weekly to HOD. • Deliver inter sales activities by destination to RM team by monthly. • Supporting Inter PSA Agent and OTA in case of error system, booking inquiries and other sales policy. • Coordinate with Helpdesk team to support inter agent in case of request agent code, add credit card payment channel, expired password and extend booking payment. • Prepare and deliver agent code request form to helpdesk team to coordinate with VJ Helpdesk to issue agent code within 3-5 working days. • Guideline and suggest sale officer to work with smoother process and some technique. • Maintain good relationships and professional skills with Inter PSA Agent and partners. • Hunting new Inter PSA Agent and OTA as much as we can. • In charge of coordinator with charter team to follow up Inter Agent that requested charter flight with us. • Handling calls from Inter PSA Agents to respond some inquiries and problems. • Responsible for sale admin tasks such as, documents process, deliver some giveaway to Agents by mail at Post office. • Tracking sale revenue by route, by agent for monitoring ad feedback to agent when sale revenue has decreased.
