  1. Responsibilities; • Designing and implementing the overall recruitment strategy • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and etc. • Screen candidates resumes and job applications • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. • Develop and update Job Descriptions and Job Specifications • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives • Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job/ board/ newspapers/ colleges etc • On board new employees in order to become fully integrated • Monitor and apply HR recruitment best practices • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process • Promote company's regulation as " Best Place to work" Qualifications; • Male / Female, Age 25 -35 years old • Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related discipline • At least 3-5 years’ experience with sound knowledge of all personnel matters exposure to HR operational issues • Comprehensive understanding of policies, systems, rewards, agreements, settlements and legislation • Good written and verbal communication skills coupled with tact, diplomacy and the ability to resolve general issues on human resource management in general & training needs. • PC literacy and hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS • Basic knowledge of labor law • Ability to work independently with high comfort level working in a diverse environment • High sense of coordinating with team members and other departments in the company • Able to travel as when it is required • Proficient in oral and written English, Thai • Proven relevant experience • Excellent organizational skills
