1. Responsibilities : • Looking After the health, safety and welfare of all employees • Monitoring staff performance and attendance • Oversea the system of e-performance, in addition to make the report • Inform employees about entering and existing Social Security System • Health insurance/ICT and SFC ticket Qualifications : • Bachelor degree or above. • New graduate in aviation or related fields. • University Bachelor degree in Human Resource or related discipline • Comprehensive understanding of policies, systems, rewards, agreements, settlements and legislation • Commercially aware, high sensitivity to the sociology economic & political environment • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people and sensitive to their needs and perception • Good written and verbal communication skills coupled with tact, diplomacy and the ability to resolve general issues on human resource management in general & training needs in particular • Able to travel as when it is required • Proficient in oral and written English, Thai
