1. Responsibilities: • Perform task at Counter check-in, Boarding gate, Lost and Found • Attend and support passenger complaint • Solve and provide correct information to passenger • Ensure staff have teamwork and communicate well • Check email and reply in appropriate time frame Qualifications: • Bachelor degree or above • Male / Female • Welcome fresh graduate • Proven knowledge in Ground Operations and or Customer Services • Background in airline operations • Relevant certifications in ground operations • Proficient in oral and written English, Thai. (Toeic score 550 or Mandarin will be advantage) • Ability to maintain high confidentiality, tactful and discretion when dealing with people.
